A shot has been fired at the Coast Guard Recruiting Station on Potomac Mills Circle near Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, Va., a Prince William County Police spokesperson tells WTOP.

This marks the fifth shooting at a military facility in the Washington area recently.

Legal Issues Surrounding the Use of Digital Intellectual Property on Design and Construction Projects

TRB's National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to explore the unique legal aspects of sharing digital information through the use of building information models (BIMs).
