TRB Webinar: Characterization and Prediction of Moisture-Induced Damage in Hot and Warm Asphalt Mixtures

Transportation Services Index: September 2010

The U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics' Transportation Services Index (TSI) rose 1.0 percent in September, the latest month available, to 101.7. The TSI measures the movement of freight and passengers. The index, which is seasonally adjusted, combines available data on freight traffic, as well as passenger travel, that have been weighted to yield a monthly measure of transportation services output.
