 2011 TRB 90th Annual Meeting: NTSB Chairman Deborah Hersman, Chairman's Luncheon Featured Speaker
Deborah A. P. Hersman, Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), will be the featured speaker at the Wednesday, January 26, 2011, Chairman's Luncheon at the TRB 90th Annual Meeting, January 23-27, 2011, in Washington, D.C. The Chairman's Luncheon is the premier event and the largest single gathering at the Annual Meeting, attended by leaders in the transportation field from the United States and abroad. Hersman, who was a senior professional staff member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation before becoming a Member of the NTSB in 2004, is expected to share her perspective on transportation safety for all modes.
