Question by cutelittleplum:
How extended following your 1st skipped period need to you wait prior to taking a pregnancy test?

I will have officially skipped my period on sunday. I was wondering how lengthy soon after that I need to wait ahead of taking a pregnancy test to get the most accurate outcomes.
A single a lot more question. When saying you missed a period, do you go from the day that the period was supposed to come and count the days following that, or do you go from the day the period is supposed to end and count from that?

SHINGLES (THE MEDICAL CONDITION) – WHAT CAN BE DONE FOR THE PAIN?

Question by SCC:
Shingles (the medical condition) – what can be finished for the pain?

My husband was not long ago diagnosed with Shingles. It is extremely painful for him and he does not want to take the Morphine for the pain, and Motrin only helps to a particular extent. He only feels some anguish relief when he sits in a hot shower.

Has everyone ever had shingles? What are some options that he could do to alleviate discomfort?

The future of conservatism in the UK
What is conservatism? Some claim that it is a mere pragmatism - that it has no ideas, guiding theme or undergirding foundation, that it is doing what works without direction or belief. Others say the British Tories are the party of vested interest, others still say that conservatism is best expressed by a pure libertarianism. What then is modern conservatism - what does it care about, what does it seek to conserve? Why nothing less than society itself.
